I am a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), a member of CPSAC, the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada.

If I am not able or am unavailable to assist, I would be happy to refer you to a fellow CPST. Alternatively you can find a certified tech on this map.

If you do not need in-person help, but would like advice or have a question, please feel free to contact me. For more timely response, you can also join the SEATS for Kids Discussion Community Facebook group for assistance. There are a number of CPSAC-certified techs from across Canada in this group (including myself) that answers car seat-related questions.
